Position Overview: We are looking for a professional, dedicated, and driven individual with a background in IT sales. This position offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to spearhead the growth of our MSP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell a portfolio of managed IT services to businesses in the market.
  • Understand the fundamental role technology plays in a business.
  • Contribute to the development of selling strategies.
  • Generate leads, prospective new clients, and build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Partners to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to show prospective clients the value of our IT services.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and positioning our services as solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Communicate new product and service offerings to new and existing clients.
  • Manage and execute agreement renewals, knowing if they have the right mix of services and assessing if there are opportunities to add services. 
  • Communicate Clear Sailing service/technology/internal integration changes to new and existing clients on a regular basis.
  • Identify clients who are at risk and develop retention strategies. 
  • On-board new clients while collaborating with the partners.
  • Engage with clients who have past due balances.

Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Fundamental understanding of IT solutions and services.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of Client Services/Client facing experience (in IT industry, preferred)
